About NACA
The National Agency for the Control of AIDS (NACA) coordinates Nigeria’s HIV/AIDS response, providing leadership and policy direction to reduce the spread of the virus. NACA also manages donor-supported projects focused on strengthening health systems and emergency response mechanisms.
As part of its 2025 plans, NACA is recruiting professionals who can help implement programs supported by the Global Fund and other international partners.
Available Job Positions – NACA Recruitment 2025
Through NACA recruitment 2025, the following positions are available:

Global Fund Accountant – Handles daily accounting tasks, GAAP compliance, and donor reporting.

Laboratory Program Officer – Supports laboratory management systems, biosafety, and quality assurance.

Finance and Admin Manager – Leads budgeting, financial reporting, and internal controls for NACA projects.
These roles will support critical national health programs aimed at preventing HIV, managing pandemics, and strengthening Nigeria’s healthcare infrastructure.

Who Can Apply?
To be eligible for NACA recruitment 2025, applicants must meet the following:

Be a Nigerian citizen with valid NIN

Hold a Bachelor’s degree or HND in Finance, Health Sciences, or related fields

Have completed NYSC
-
Possess 3–8 years of relevant work experience

Be proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of accounting or lab systems is a plus

Show strong written and oral communication skills
