NACA Recruitment 2025: Consultant Jobs Now Open at the National Agency for the Control of AIDS
NACA Recruitment 2025 has officially begun, offering Nigerians an opportunity to join the frontline in the fight against HIV/AIDS. The National Agency for the Control of AIDS (NACA) is currently hiring skilled professionals for key consultant positions to support laboratory systems in Abia, Taraba, and Abuja.
Since its inception in 2000, NACA has led Nigeria’s national response to HIV/AIDS through policy development, coordination of programs, and partnership building. This recruitment drive is part of the agency’s expansion under the C19RM-funded Lab Systems Pilot Project.
Open Consultant Roles Under NACA Recruitment 2025
Reconciliation Officer (Laboratory Systems)
Location: Abia & Taraba
Duties: Oversee financial documentation, ensure accurate payment reconciliation, and support NIPOST logistics.
Requirements: Degree in science or finance-related field with 2+ years of NGO or donor-funded project experience.
Program Optimizer (Laboratory Systems)
Location: Abia & Taraba
Duties: Implement the pilot project, monitor performance, coordinate with state partners, and support financial accountability.
Requirements: BA/BSc/HND with at least 3 years of experience in program management.
Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist (Laboratory Systems)
Location: Abuja
Duties: Develop and execute M&E tools, monitor progress, and ensure data integrity.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in M&E roles, especially in donor-funded environments.
State Technical Specialist (Laboratory Systems)
Location: Abia & Taraba
Duties: Provide technical direction, ensure compliance with lab protocols, and monitor implementation standards.
Salary: ₦1,216,000 monthly
