Job Overview
As a Sales Executive at AIICO Insurance, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a drive to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and prospecting.

Present and promote AIICO’s insurance products to potential clients.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements

Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in any discipline.

1+ years of sales experience preferred; fresh graduates with a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Must reside in Lagos State, Nigeria.
Compensation

Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦220,000 Monthly.
