Job Overview

As a Sales Executive at AIICO Insurance, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a drive to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and prospecting.

  • Present and promote AIICO’s insurance products to potential clients.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in any discipline.

  • 1+ years of sales experience preferred; fresh graduates with a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

  • Must reside in Lagos State, Nigeria.

Compensation

  • Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦220,000 Monthly.
