Position Summary
As a Sales Agent, you will be the face of Joyland Pad in the field, actively promoting and distributing products in your assigned territory. You’ll interact with wholesalers, retailers, and direct customers to grow sales and drive market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential wholesalers, retailers, and customers

Promote and sell Joyland Pad products in local markets

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Monitor competitor activities and market trends

Report customer feedback and provide product insight

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Represent the brand professionally at all times
Requirements

Minimum educational qualification: SSCE / GCE / NECO, OND or NCE
-
0 – 5 years of work experience (sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory)

High level of self-motivation and customer service orientation

Must be proactive, results-driven, and familiar with local markets

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and achieve assigned sales goals
