Job Responsibilities

Design and maintain a robust data warehouse supporting reporting, analysis, and dimensional modeling
Collaborate with stakeholders to standardize data collection, enforce data quality, and enhance pipeline documentation
Build business intelligence solutions that support performance improvement
Develop and fine-tune machine learning algorithms for user behavior analysis, conversion funnel optimization, and personalized insights
Execute deep data analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform product enhancements
Perform industry benchmarking to adopt AI/ML best practices that boost revenue and brand standing
Communicate insights clearly across functions, drive data-driven decision-making, and mentor junior team members

Job Requirements

Education: University First Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related discipline
Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in analytical roles within fintech or financial services
At least 3 years specifically in data science
Demonstrable experience in data warehousing, BI tools, machine learning frameworks, and data pipeline architecture
