Position Overview

• Job Title: Recruitment and Training Coordinator

• Location: Lagos

• Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies and best practices

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for open roles

• Collaborate with department heads on staffing needs

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation

Requirements
