Role Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
Greeting Customers:Warmly welcome customers and assist with inquiries regarding products, services, billing, and other related issues.
Maintaining Records:Keep detailed records of customer interactions and progress.
Follow-ups:Follow up with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
Sales Support:Upsell and cross-sell services to meet customer needs.
Product Knowledge:Stay informed about current promotions, products, and company policies.
Team Participation:Engage in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Problem Resolution:Handle customer complaints or service issues professionally and empathetically.
Store Maintenance:Ensure the outlet is clean, organized, and that promotional materials are up-to-date and well-displayed.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
Education:A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Experience:Previous experience in customer service roles is an advantage.
Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Technical Skills:Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software.
Problem-Solving:Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Salary
The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from ₦100,000 to ₦150,000, commensurate with experience.
