Key Responsibilities
As a Capacity Building Manager, your core tasks will include:
Designing and implementing training strategies tailored to the needs of humanitarian actors
Leading capacity-building assessments and workshops

Ideal Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field
Experience: Minimum 5 years in capacity development or training roles, preferably within the NGO or international development sector
Skills: Excellent facilitation and presentation abilities, strategic planning, strong communication (oral and written)
