Role Overview
As a Purchase Supervisor CWAY Foods, you will oversee and manage the purchasing activities within the organization. This includes identifying reliable suppliers, ensuring timely procurement of goods and services, negotiating contracts, and maintaining cost-effective purchasing practices to support company operations.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and oversee the company’s purchasing operations, ensuring compliance with procurement policies.

Identify and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contract agreements with suppliers.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment to avoid stock shortages.

Prepare purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation of all procurement activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

Educational Qualification: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles, preferably in the FMCG sector.
