The Role & Responsibilities
As PMO Director, you’ll be accountable for:

Establishing and managing standardized PMO systems, governance frameworks, workflows and templates aligned with World Bank guidelines.

Overseeing multiple project portfolios, ensuring alignment with company strategy, budget control, scope management, risk mitigation, and timely delivery.

Coordinating core stakeholders including ministries, contractors, funders, and internal teams, reporting regularly to senior leadership committees.

Required Qualifications & Experience
