Role Overview
Nexcore Advisory Services Limited is seeking a creative and efficient Community Manager to oversee its social media presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing digital marketing strategies, engaging with online communities, and driving brand growth.
Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management: Manage all Nexcore social media accounts, including Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook.

Content Creation: Plan and implement weekly content calendars, create and schedule engaging content (graphics, carousels, short videos, reels) aligned with brand messaging.

Audience Engagement: Respond to all DMs, comments, and mentions within a 1–2 hour window during business hours.

Community Building: Initiate and moderate community conversations across platforms to build and nurture an active, trusting audience.

Performance Tracking: Track engagement, growth, and lead generation from each channel.

Reporting: Provide concise weekly reports on performance metrics and recommend adjustments.

Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.

Collaboration: Work closely with the content team and founders to align posts with campaigns, service launches, or policy updates.

Trend Monitoring: Monitor trends and adapt content strategy for relevance and reach.
Requirements

Experience: 2+ years in social media/community management.

Skills: Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva and CapCut; familiarity with scheduling tools such as Buffer, Metricool, or Meta Business Suite.

Communication: Sharp communication skills with a strong grasp of digital tone and timing.

Independence: Ability to work independently with speed and minimal supervision.

Bonus Skills: Knowledge of immigration or study/work abroad ecosystems; experience building social media for a startup or service-based business; comfort with front-facing video (e.g., voiceovers or appearing in reels/stories).
