About the Role: What You’ll Do
As a Remote Education Instructor, you’ll help clients, partners, and colleagues get the most out of the Workday platform. Whether through live virtual sessions or in-person classes, you’ll bring product training to life using clear, engaging teaching methods.
Your Core Responsibilities:

Deliver full-day training sessions in English to global audiences

Master Workday products through hands-on training and self-learning

Use modern tech tools (Zoom, interactive screens, e-learning platforms) to teach effectively

Collaborate with content teams to improve learning materials

Mentor fellow instructors and participate in cross-functional projects

Stay current on new product releases and features

Occasionally travel for on-site sessions or team activities
Who Workday Is Looking For
Minimum Requirements:

2+ years of experience in delivering training or implementing enterprise software

Experience with Workday, SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft in Payroll, HR, HCM, Compensation, Time or Absence

Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written)
