Role Overview
As the Product Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of Trustcrow’s marketing initiatives, responsible for:

Developing and executing a full-funnel digital marketing strategy across various channels, including paid media, SEO, email, content, social, affiliate, influencer, and partnership channels.

Leading performance marketing campaigns on platforms like Google and Meta to drive user acquisition and optimize return on ad spend (ROAS).

Crafting compelling product positioning and messaging aligned with market needs and customer segments.

Utilizing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and HubSpot to monitor campaign performance and generate insights.

Overseeing CRM, email automation, and lead nurturing strategies to increase engagement and customer retention.

Collaborating with internal teams (Product, Design, Sales) to create marketing assets and execute cross-functional campaigns.

Managing the digital marketing budget and reporting on campaign and lead performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

At least 6 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in growth-focused roles.

Proven experience leading and executing multi-channel digital campaigns.

A data-driven mindset with deep knowledge of analytics, A/B testing, and funnel metrics.

Strong project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with digital channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, and CRM tools.
