Your Role at a Glance

As a UI/UX Designer, you’ll work at the intersection of human-centered research, agile collaboration, and scalable design systems. Your designs will directly enhance user engagement, streamline financial processes, and improve accessibility for users of varying tech literacy levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Research & Journey Mapping:
  Conduct interviews, surveys, and usability tests; build user personas and journeys based on insights from payroll officers and employees.

• Collaboration & Agile Integration:
  Work closely with product managers, developers, and writers. Actively contribute during sprints and development phases.

• Designing for Simplicity & Accessibility:
  Simplify complex lending workflows for users unfamiliar with financial tools. Ensure all designs meet WCAG accessibility standards.

• Wireframing & Prototyping:
  Create low to high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.

• UI Design Excellence:
  Develop clean and consistent UI for mobile and web platforms. Maintain and scale UI kits and design systems.

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience in UI/UX design, preferably in fintech, HR tech, or SaaS environments.

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.

• Strong understanding of UX best practices and design system management.

• A standout portfolio that showcases your journey mapping, design thinking, and UI implementations.

• Must be able to commute to the Lagos office.
