Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with NAHCO Aviance’s business objectives.
Content Creation: Generate, edit, and publish engaging content daily, including text, photos, videos, and news updates.
Audience Engagement: Monitor and respond to customer interactions, fostering a positive online community.
Brand Consistency: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all platforms.
Performance Analysis: Track and report on social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on current social media trends, tools, and applications to keep NAHCO Aviance’s digital presence relevant and innovative.
Candidate Requirements
Education: Minimum of a B.Sc. degree.
Experience: 6–10 years in social media management or related fields.
Skills: Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation, and analytics tools.
