About the Role

As a Senior Technical Project Manager at Workday, you will be at the forefront of integrating HiredScore’s AI-driven solutions into Workday’s ecosystem. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless collaboration across various teams, including Product, R&D, Data Science, and Customer Success, to deliver high-impact projects that enhance our clients’ talent acquisition processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with diverse teams to develop delivery plans that balance scope, time, and quality.

  • Project Oversight: Create and manage day-to-day project plans; monitor and review progress and timelines, adjusting as needed.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Track and communicate project status, risks, issues, decisions, and actions to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Client Engagement: Understand client needs and challenges, offering valuable and viable solutions to meet their requirements.

  • Configuration Management: Configure HiredScore products in client environments as per the Statement of Work and project implementation plan.

  • Post-Launch Support: Communicate to the client any maintenance needs of the new implementation for a defined period post-launch.

  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of key tasks, milestones, and client interactions for comprehensive project monitoring and review.

  • Transition Management: Work with Client Success teams and Support to transition the account from the implementation phase to the launch, training, and adoption phase, ensuring a smooth handover.

About You

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Experience: 4+ years in Technical or Project Implementation Management with hands-on configuration experience.

  • SaaS Expertise: 2 years of experience implementing SaaS solutions in a Software Delivery environment of large-scale projects.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in configuration tools and the ability to fulfill technical tasks; 3 years of experience with XML or YML files or Self Service tools; 1 year of experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.

  • Client-Facing Experience: 2 years of experience with external client-facing roles in global enterprises.

  • Flexibility: Availability and flexibility to work during U.S. hours.

  • Additional Skills: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software delivery lifecycle; experience with project management tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, Monday, and documentation repositories.
