About the Role
As a Senior Prism Reporting and Analytics Consultant, you’ll work within Workday’s Professional Services team to help clients bring their reporting and data strategy to life. You’ll design, develop, and deploy custom analytics and reporting solutions using Workday’s robust tools.
What You’ll Do:

Translate customer requirements into effective reporting solutions

Implement Prism Analytics, People Analytics, and Accounting Center features

Solve complex data challenges in HR, Finance, and Payroll domains

Mentor team members and share best practices

Juggle multiple high-impact projects while ensuring customer satisfaction

Collaborate cross-functionally with other Workday teams

5+ years of Data Modeling, Prism, and Workday Reporting experience

Familiarity with APIs, security/data governance, and cloud technologies

Compensation and Benefits
Workday offers a competitive base salary and a total rewards package including bonuses and stock grants. Here’s a peek at the salary ranges:

Primary Location (Chicago, IL): $122,800 – $184,200 USD

Other Locations: $111,100 – $197,300 USD

Colorado (if applicable): $116,900 – $175,400 USD
