Key Responsibilities
As the Senior Manager of UX Design for CLM, you will:
Lead Design Strategy:Develop and implement a comprehensive UX strategy for CLM, aligning with business goals and user needs.
Team Leadership:Manage and mentor a team of UX designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
User-Centered Design:Champion user-centered design principles, ensuring that user research and feedback inform all design decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive and effective design solutions.
Design Execution:Oversee the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet user needs and business objectives.
Continuous Improvement:Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, applying them to enhance the CLM user experience.
Qualifications & Experience
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
Experience:A minimum of 8 years in UX design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in enterprise software design, particularly in contract management or related areas, is highly desirable.
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Skills:Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision. Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
Leadership:Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate effectively across functions.
Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
