Key Responsibilities
As the Senior Manager of UX Design for CLM, you will:

Lead Design Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive UX strategy for CLM, aligning with business goals and user needs.

Qualifications & Experience
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

Experience: A minimum of 8 years in UX design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in enterprise software design, particularly in contract management or related areas, is highly desirable.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Skills: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision. Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design.

Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate effectively across functions.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
