Key Responsibilities
As a Quality Assurance Specialist at Nestlé Nigeria Plc, your responsibilities will include:

Promoting Quality Awareness: Foster a culture of quality across the organization by delivering training and promoting best practices in food safety and quality management.

System Design and Implementation: Define and update specific quality procedures, instructions, and tools to ensure compliance with Nestlé’s quality standards.

Quality Mastership: Support the Nestlé Continuous Excellence program in the pursuit of zero defects, including root cause analysis after incidents and implementing corrective actions.

Quality Auditing and Verification: Assess the effectiveness of the Nestlé Quality Management System in place and ensure it delivers the expected results.

Collaboration: Work closely with production teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and participate in improvement projects.
Qualifications and Experience
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Food Science/Technology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or related fields.

Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in a technical role within a food manufacturing company.
