Job Title: Organic Social Media Content Manager
Employment Type: Remote, Full-Time
Working Hours: 9AM – 5PM ET (Monday to Friday)
Salary Range: $900 – $1,050/month
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Social Media Content Manager, you’ll play a dual role: crafting standout content and managing projects for high-profile clients. You’ll be responsible for making sure content aligns with personal brand strategies and is executed with excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Daily Post QA: Ensure posts go live error-free on LinkedIn and Instagram each morning

Client Communications: Respond to content updates and routine queries within half a business day

Trend Research: Stay on top of industry trends and platform updates to inform strategy

Content Creation: Write 1–2 highly tailored posts per platform, per client, weekly

Content Finalization: Finalize all weekly content, ensuring quality and brand alignment

Client Edits & Scheduling: Implement revisions, schedule posts/livestreams, and handle urgent requests

Maintain Content Integrity: Ensure all copy is original, fact-checked, and aligned with client pillars

Analytics Tracking: Update performance metrics weekly to inform future content planning
You’re a Great Fit If You:

Have 4+ years of social media copywriting experience

Have 3+ years of project or account management experience

Know LinkedIn and Instagram platforms inside out (algorithms, formats, trends)
