Key Responsibilities:

Provide prompt and professional assistance to walk-in customers.

Receive and log customer complaints, inquiries, and service requests.

Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve consumer complaints.

Educate customers on electricity regulations, payment solutions, billing issues, and service processes.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Qualifications:

Higher National Diploma or its equivalent in Business Administration or Social Science.

Minimum of 3 years of work experience in customer service roles within the electricity supply industry.

Full membership of a relevant professional body.
Energy Management Officer – Jos, Plateau
Role Overview:
The Energy Management Officer is responsible for overseeing the efficient distribution and utilization of electrical energy within the distribution network. This role ensures optimal equipment performance, compliance with operational standards, monitoring of outages, and adherence to safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze energy consumption data to identify trends and opportunities for system improvements.

Prepare and present regular reports to the Lead, Network Planning & Distribution.

Monitor and address outages, ensuring adherence to safety protocols during restoration activities.

Enforce the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensure compliance with work safety requirements.

Qualifications:
