Job Summary
As a Logistics Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in managing and tracking IT equipment, ensuring accurate asset recovery from current and former employees, and maintaining high standards of administrative reporting and communication.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate IT asset recovery logistics for both current and past employees.

Maintain and update asset tracking systems with precision.

Collaborate with internal departments for smooth communication and follow-ups.

Provide timely and accurate reporting and data analysis.

Adhere to defined procedures and productivity targets.

Ensure compliance with security and inventory management protocols.
Job Requirements
To qualify for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, with strong skills in English and Mathematics.

2–4 years of experience as a logistics analyst, preferably in the IT sector.

Excellent command of C2-level English and confidence in communicating with UK-based clients.

Proven ability to follow instructions and work independently with high attention to detail.

Previous experience in a contact center or logistics environment is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Team player with a professional and persuasive communication style.
