Key Responsibilities
As a Medical Laboratory Technician at Magodo Specialist Hospital, your duties will include:
Conducting laboratory tests and procedures according to standard protocols.
Performing quality control checks to ensure equipment functionality.
Collaborating with laboratory personnel and healthcare professionals.
Adhering to safety protocols, regulations, and standards.
Collecting, processing, and analyzing biological samples (blood, urine, tissue, etc.).
Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, instruments, and machinery.
Recording and reporting test results accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications & Experience
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
A Diploma or Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology.
Relevant experience in a laboratory setting (clinical or research).
Certification (e.g., MLT, CLT) preferred.
Required Skills
