Role Overview
As a Lead Services Specialist in Services Project Management, you will be responsible for:

Project Oversight: Supervising, organizing, and executing service projects, ensuring adherence to scope, time, cost, and quality parameters.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with senior business leaders to specify project needs and communicate approaches and outcomes.

Operational Planning: Developing annual operational plans for departmental activities and suggesting improvements in products, processes, and procedures.

Contract Management Support: Assisting in change order negotiations with customers and handling standardized project processes.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college.

Experience: A minimum of 3 years in Services Project Management or equivalent services.

National Service: Completion of NYSC or possession of an exemption certificate.
