TotalEnergies EP Nigeria CPFA Limited (TEPNG CPFA) is a licensed Closed Pension Fund Administrator (CPFA) by the National Pensions Commission (PenCom), responsible for managing the Non-Contributory Defined Benefit Pension Scheme for qualified employees of TotalEnergies Nigeria Limited. As part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen operations and enhance capacity, TEPNG CPFA is seeking dynamic, exceptional, and results-oriented professionals for the position of Investment Analyst.

Job Overview

Position: Investment Analyst
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Department: Investments
Reports To: Chief Investment Officer

Key Responsibilities

The Investment Analyst will be responsible for:

Conducting equity research and macroeconomic analysis to identify investment opportunities.
Building and maintaining valuation models for various investment instruments.
Executing trades and monitoring earnings forecasts.
Developing portfolio strategies and conducting market surveillance.
Providing performance analytics and reporting to the investment committee.

Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

A Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
CFA certification is an added advantage.
A minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in the investment sector, with at least five (5) years in capital markets research, asset or portfolio management, or investment risk oversight, preferably within institutional or regulated investment environments.
Proficiency in Bloomberg and other financial systems for market data sourcing, analysis, and trade execution support.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate investment instruments and present actionable opportunities.
