Your Key Responsibilities

As the Head of SEO, your role will be both strategic and hands-on. You will:

• Lead and implement SEO strategies across Pearl Lemon’s own digital properties and client projects.

• Oversee all facets of SEO, including technical, on-page, off-page, and content optimization.

• Manage a diverse global team of SEO specialists, content writers, and outreach professionals.

• Perform comprehensive SEO audits, competitor benchmarking, and advanced keyword research.

• Report critical KPIs and growth metrics directly to the executive team.

• Stay ahead of industry shifts, search engine algorithm updates, and new optimization tools.

• Collaborate closely with the design, development, and content teams to drive cohesive campaigns.

Who We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for a senior SEO professional with:

• A minimum of 5 years in SEO, preferably in an agency or a fast-paced growth environment.

• Proficiency in industry-standard tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics 4, and Google Search Console.

• Proven ability to manage and grow SEO campaigns across multiple clients or websites.
