Job Title: Growth & Operations Lead

Location: Abuja, FCT
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000 monthly

Job Summary

As the Growth & Operations Lead, you’ll be responsible for scaling the company’s footprint across Nigeria by leading sales initiatives, managing operations, building partnerships, and enhancing customer experience. This role combines strategic thinking, market execution, and hands-on leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead national growth strategy, overseeing sales, digital marketing, and daily operations.

  • Design and implement innovative customer acquisition campaigns (both digital and on-ground).

  • Build regional partnerships, manage vendor networks, and lead market activations.

  • Travel across Nigeria for installations, exhibitions, market research, and stakeholder meetings.

  • Manage internal teams, customer accounts, CRM systems, and performance tracking tools.

  • Pitch and present security products to clients, real estate firms, institutions, and businesses.

  • Supervise deployment, installation, and post-sale customer support.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role (preferably in security, IoT, or tech-based solutions).

  • Proficient in smart fire alarms, CCTV, and home automation technologies.

  • Skilled in digital marketing (Meta Ads, SEO, content marketing, analytics).

  • Experience using Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, CRM tools, and performance dashboards.

  • Strong leadership, coordination, and multitasking capabilities.

  • Excellent communication and pitch skills.

  • Must be based in Abuja or willing to relocate.

Bonus Skills

  • Ability to design sales and marketing materials, decks, and reports.

  • Startup or entrepreneurial experience.

  • Familiarity with project management, vendor coordination, and logistics.

  • Basic skills in graphic design, web development, or video editing.
