 Key Responsibilities

As the General Manager, you will be entrusted with the following:

  • Strategic & Operational Leadership:
    Develop and execute business objectives through meticulous planning and operational excellence. Oversee real estate acquisitions, development, and sales to ensure alignment with company goals.

  • Innovation & Technology Adoption:
    Champion the integration of modern applications, including AI tools, social media strategies, and advanced administration/financial software, to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.

  • Team & Event Management:
    Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration. Plan and execute high-impact real estate events to promote the company’s brand and offerings.

  • Sales & Business Development:
    Spearhead high-value negotiations, ensure successful deal closures, and identify new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.

  • Administrative & Financial Oversight:
    Manage comprehensive administrative functions, including budgeting, financial oversight, and regulatory compliance, to ensure the company’s operations run smoothly.

 Required Qualifications & Experience

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • Education:
    A Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications will be an added advantage.

  • Experience:
    Proven track record in real estate management, business operations, and regulatory compliance. Extensive experience in sales negotiation and closing deals.

  • Skills:
    Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to execute plans flawlessly. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate teams effectively.

  • Digital Literacy:
    High proficiency in modern applications, including AI tools and social media platforms, to drive innovation and efficiency.

  • Residency:
    Must be currently residing in Abuja, FCT.

 Compensation

  • Salary:
    ₦400,000 – ₦550,000 per month
