Position: Front Desk & Administrative Officer
Location: Lagos, Nigeria

As the first point of contact for visitors and staff, the Front Desk & Administrative Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Reception Management: Greet visitors and staff in a professional and friendly manner.

Communication Handling: Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries promptly.

Office Organization: Maintain the reception area and company premises, ensuring they are clean and welcoming.

Scheduling & Coordination: Manage appointment schedules and assist with meeting coordination.

Administrative Support: Provide general support to the admin team and other departments as required.

Information Relay: Convey important information to relevant personnel in a timely manner.

Mail & Correspondence Management: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and official correspondence.

Visitor Log Maintenance: Maintain visitor logs and ensure security and sign-in protocols are followed.

Record Keeping: Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, printing, and record keeping.

Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
Qualifications & Skills

Educational Background: Minimum of a Relevant University Degree.
