Role Overview
This full-time, remote position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to dive into the world of education marketing. As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll collaborate with the leadership team to craft and implement strategic marketing plans, focusing on email campaigns, product launches, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Project Management: Create and manage detailed project timelines for launches and promotions using tools like Monday.com.

Copywriting & Messaging: Write and edit email copy and promotional messaging that’s clear, on-brand, and teacher-friendly

Email & Platform Management: Review, prep, and schedule emails using the email marketing platform Kit.

Data & Strategy Support: Track key metrics (opens, clicks, revenue, etc.) and analyze campaign performance to inform future strategies.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams (like social media and design) to align campaign timelines and assets.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, or 1-2 years of recent online marketing experience.

Strong writing and editing skills for engaging with the teacher audience

Project management skills with the ability to create, manage, and follow through on detailed project plans

Data-driven mindset with a curiosity for numbers and using data to make strategic decisions.
