Key Responsibilities

Preach & Teach the Word of God with clarity, relevance, and compassion.
Lead Outreach Programs such as healing crusades and mission conferences.
Pastoral Care: Provide emotional and spiritual guidance through regular visitation and counseling.
Team & Church Planting: Build and nurture ministry teams and explore opportunities for planting daughter churches.
Admin & Finance: Assist with budgeting, staff coordination, scheduling, and financial stewardship.
Prayer & Spiritual Discipline: Engage in consistent intercession and spiritual warfare for personal and communal growth.

Who Should Apply?

A born‑again Christian with at least 2–5 years of ministry experience.
Holds a Bachelor’s degree (preferably with a 2.2 or above).
Male candidates are preferred for leadership balance (though all qualified individuals are encouraged to apply).
Maximum age: approximately 30 years.
Exhibits strong communication, team‑building, and organizational skills.
Demonstrates a heart for community work and church expansion.
