Bourbon Interoil Nigeria Limited, a leading international player in marine services, is seeking a qualified Crewing Manager to oversee and manage crew operations for their offshore vessels. Key Responsibilities:
As a Crewing Manager, your duties will include:

Crew Compliance: Ensure that offshore personnel comply with all Bourbon’s and client’s requirements and standards.

Budget Management: Establish and follow up on crewing budgets (labor costs, travel, food, training) in line with group requirements. Continuously review these budgets for cost optimization.

Crew Training & Development: Identify crew training needs and ensure the adequate implementation of the training plan.

Performance Assessment: Ensure that offshore personnel are properly assessed both on performance and competencies.

Crew Logistics: Manage crew changes, travel arrangements, and accommodation to ensure timely and efficient mobilization.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with maritime regulations such as STCW, NIMASA, MLC, IMO, ILO, and NCDMB.

Payroll & Benefits: Ensure accurate and timely payment of crew wages and manage compensation and benefits policies.

Team Management: Manage and motivate the crewing team, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:

Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or a related field. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.

Professional Certifications: Certifications such as CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, or HRCI will be advantageous.

Experience: 10–14 years of experience in crewing within marine and logistics organizations, with at least 5 years in a senior supervisory or management role.

Skills: Strong skills in budgeting, HR & crewing, information systems, supplier management, communication, motivation, and project management.
