Job Overview
Position: Chief Security Officer
Location: Ogun State, Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
As the Chief Security Officer, you will be responsible for:

Security Planning & Implementation: Develop and execute comprehensive security strategies to safeguard farm personnel, assets, and operations.

Risk Assessment & Audits: Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.

Surveillance Management: Oversee the installation and monitoring of security systems, including CCTV cameras and access control systems.

Emergency Response Coordination: Establish and lead emergency response plans for incidents such as theft, fire, or biosecurity breaches.

Personnel Management: Supervise, train, and manage security staff to ensure adherence to protocols and effective performance.

Collaboration with Authorities: Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services to coordinate responses to security incidents.
Qualifications & Skills

Educational Background: Minimum of an OND in Security Management, Criminology, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience in security management, preferably in an agricultural or industrial setting.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with security systems and technologies.

Leadership: Strong leadership and personnel management skills.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
