Key Responsibilities
As a CCTV Operator at CWAY Group, your primary duties will include:
Real-Time Surveillance:Monitor and review CCTV camera footage to detect suspicious activities promptly.
Incident Reporting:Report any irregularities or security breaches to the appropriate authorities and management.
Equipment Maintenance:Perform routine checks and maintenance on CCTV equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
Collaboration:Work closely with security staff to ensure effective camera placement and coverage.
Documentation:Maintain accurate logs of surveillance activities and incidents observed during shifts.
Security Audits:Assist in security audits and assessments to enhance overall safety protocols.
Qualifications & Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
Educational Background:A Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
Experience:2–4 years of experience in a similar security or surveillance role.
Location:Must be a resident of Abuja.
Technical Skills:Proficiency in operating CCTV systems and related security equipment.
Communication Skills:Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Attention to Detail:Exceptional observational skills to detect anomalies.
