Bourbon Oil and Gas Limited is currently recruiting for the following role:
Job Title: Crewing Officer
The Crewing Officer will be responsible for managing and coordinating crew changes, maintaining seafarer documentation, ensuring compliance with maritime regulations, and supporting crew welfare and logistics.
Job Location
The position is based in Lagos, Nigeria. Candidates must be willing to work full-time on-site and be available for occasional offshore assignments.
Job Responsibilities

Coordinate crew changes and logistics in line with company procedures

Ensure timely processing and updating of crew documentation

Maintain crew database and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Liaise with manning agents and regulatory bodies for certifications and approvals

Support the HR department in recruitment, onboarding, and training

Monitor crew welfare and resolve personnel issues efficiently

Assist in developing crewing strategies that align with operational needs
Requirements
To be eligible for this Bourbon Oil and Gas Limited job vacancy, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Bachelor’s degree or HND in Maritime Studies, Human Resources, or a related field

Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in crew coordination or maritime logistics
