Role Responsibilities
As the KYC Client Advisory Officer, you’ll be responsible for:

Leading end-to-end account opening with full regulatory compliance

Sustaining a customer-centric business culture using RMB’s varied product suite

Engaging with compliance and product units to oversee KYC renewal cycles, managing PEP profiling, enhanced due diligence, and risk rating

Promoting RMB products and cross-selling through the client service desk

Participating in audits and regulatory reviews, updating governance documents to reflect prevailing industry norms

Improving account opening, signatory updates, and client mandate processes to boost efficiency and accuracy

Ensuring clients’ account management activities like opening, closing, and staff authorization updates are handled swiftly and accurately
Requirements for KYC Client Advisory Officer Job

An undergraduate degree (BA/BSc/HND) in a relevant field

Minimum of seven years of experience in a Nigerian bank or financial institution
