About the Role: Customer Support Associate

As a Customer Support Associate, you’ll be at the heart of the customer experience. Your job isn’t just to respond to tickets, it’s to build relationships, solve problems, and act as a trusted extension of the client’s team.

This is a remote, full-time position ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, is tech-savvy, and thrives in a flexible, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer support requests across email, chat, or help desk platforms (like Zendesk or Intercom)

  • Troubleshoot common customer issues and escalate complex cases appropriately

  • Collaborate with internal team members and client stakeholders

  • Write and update help center articles or FAQs

  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and reduce ticket volume

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

  • At least 1–2 years of customer support experience, preferably in tech or SaaS

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize tasks

  • Familiarity with customer support tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk

  • A problem-solving mindset and a desire to go the extra mile for customers

  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
