As the G&B Officer, your mission includes:

Cost Proposals: Lead and support budget development, narratives, and donor compliance for new and ongoing programming

Financial Reporting: Monitor financial performance versus budgets, prepare detailed reports, and manage donor invoicing and compliance .

Award Management: Oversee award tracking, budget revisions, financial audits, and sub-award reviews

Forecasting: Maintain financial projections, track variances, and support risk analysis

Train & Support: Build capacity in country teams to strengthen financial management practices

Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to Pathfinder policies, donor regulations, and global standards
Qualifications & Experience
To excel in this role, you’ll need:

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or equivalent

Minimum 4 years of professional finance experience, especially with donor-funded projects

Experience with USAID or similar donor rules and regulations
-
Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

Fluency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as familiarity with accounting systems like Serenic/Microsoft Dynamics NAV, JET, etc.

Experience working in a multinational NGO with budgets over $50M is an advantage

Excellent analytical, communication & leadership skills supported by financial acumen and strategic planning ability
