Program Overview
The M&E Associate Program is a six-month initiative designed for individuals interested in working at the intersection of consulting and impact. Participants will engage in projects aimed at addressing development issues in Africa, focusing on Monitoring & Evaluation. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting research and analysis on development challenges affecting clients in Nigeria and across Africa.
- Presenting research findings in clear and concise reports, briefs, and other formats.
- Collaborating with expert teams to plan and implement projects in Nigeria and other African countries.

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the M&E Associate Program, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in International Development, Economics, Political Science, Sustainability, or a related field. A postgraduate degree in development areas is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with research and analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or GIS (Geographic Information System) tools.
- Experience or a keen interest in International Development, Monitoring & Evaluation, and Public Data Systems.
- Experience working with government agencies, NGOs, or other development stakeholders in Africa.
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience in research and analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
