  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with Sales Executives and Services Executives to position and sell Workday products, deployment risk mitigation services, and post-production offerings.

  • Success Planning: Orchestrate resources to fulfill Workday’s obligations under a Success Plan, promoting a remarkable experience that smooths future renewals.

  • Innovation Adoption: Drive steady adoption of Workday’s innovations by matching new features and products to relevant business outcomes.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience successfully deploying large, complex Cloud SaaS solutions at a program leader level.

  • Industry Knowledge: Exposure to industries such as Banking, Insurance, Asset Management, Management Consulting, Technology Consulting, or Staffing.

  • Skills: Ability to deliver customer presentations, write internal customer account plans, and manage multiple customer demands balancing satisfaction with revenue and profitability targets.

  • Leadership: Proven leadership abilities to motivate and coordinate a matrixed team of individuals at multiple levels within an organization.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to ‘roll up one’s sleeves’ and assist wherever needed, with the ability to travel up to 50%.
