Key Responsibilities
As a Graduate Intern in Administration, you will:

Facility Inspections: Conduct inspections of building management systems and structures to identify safety hazards or defects.

Maintenance Coordination: Interface with service providers to ensure timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Materials Sourcing: Assist in identifying and sourcing quality materials, spares, and equipment through company processes.

Utility Monitoring: Review and reconcile data on utilities consumption, manage AGO inventory, and request supplies as needed.

Safety Implementation: Coordinate safety meetings and ensure adherence to ExxonMobil’s safety and controls expectations.

Work Management System Administration: Support the administration of the Integrated Work Management System (IWMS), raise and track client requests, and monitor timely resolution of maintenance issues.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this internship, candidates must:

Be Nigerian citizens.

Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Social Science, or related fields with a minimum of Second Class Upper division.

Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program within the past two years.

Demonstrate strong communication skills (both written and oral).

Possess good analytical and coordination skills.

Be proficient in computer applications and MS Office.

Exhibit sound administrative abilities and good interpersonal skills.
Preferred qualifications include knowledge of facilities management; a certification in Facilities Management is an added advantage.
