Core Responsibilities

Product Promotion & Training
Engage farmers and commercial clients with Contec’s organic-agro products, delivering hands-on training and tailored recommendations -
Site & Lab Field Work
Collect and test soil, seed, and plant samples. Apply soil science and agronomy techniques to improve crop yields -
Organic Farming Support
Guide farmers on planting schedules, pest management, sustainable irrigation, and crop fitment using GAP (Good Agricultural Practices) . -
Research & Reporting
Conduct field trials and lab research on soil/climate impact, record data meticulously, and deliver reports on findings -
Market Development
Monitor client field performance, gather feedback, and identify growth areas to expand product adoption -
Consultancy & Technical Support
Offer agronomic advice to farmers, companies, and partners; represent Contec in field events and educational demos
Required Skills & Qualifications

Academic Credentials: HND/BSc in Agronomy, Agriculture, or related, with more advanced roles favoring M.Sc.

Experience: 1–6 years in agronomy, with minimum 3 years in product promotion/training .

Technical Proficiency:
