Description

The TotalEnergies Graduate Trainee Program aims to develop young Nigerian graduates through hands-on experience, training, and mentorship. Selected candidates will be exposed to various operations within TotalEnergies Nigeria across different departments. The program provides a learning platform for graduates to grow their careers while contributing to strategic company goals. Trainees will work on real-time projects, learn global best practices, and interact with professionals in the energy sector.

Participants in the program will gain practical industry experience, leadership development, technical training, and exposure to the corporate environment of one of the top global energy companies.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be eligible for the TotalEnergies Graduate Trainee Program, candidates must meet the following criteria:

– Must hold a minimum of a second-class upper division (2:1) in any of the following disciplines: Engineering, Geosciences, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Marketing, Business Administration, Law, or other related fields
– Must have completed NYSC (with discharge certificate)
– Must have 0–2 years of post-NYSC experience
– Must not be older than 26 years by December 31, 2025
– Must be proficient in written and spoken English
– Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and digital platforms
– Demonstrated leadership qualities and adaptability
