Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
– 1-3 years of experience in social media management
– Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices
– Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
– Experience with social media analytics and insights
What You’ll Do
– Develop and execute social media strategies to grow the company’s online presence
– Create engaging content for various social media platforms
– Manage and grow the company’s presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and TikTok
– Collaborate with teams to promote job vacancies and employer branding content
– Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results
