This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary of ₦300,000 and an application deadline of July 31, 2025.
Key Responsibilities
The SPA will:

Supervise a team of personal assistants

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and staff

Maintain fuel, servicing logs, and manage vehicle fueling

File and archive critical documents (physical + digital)

Track cash expenses and out-of-pocket reimbursements

Plan domestic and international travel (hotel, flights)

Receive and screen official communications (email, texts)

Host personal and official guests
-
Draft, file, and maintain records for allowances (travel, police, party)

Attend meetings, take minutes, and accompany the CMD to events

Perform any additional duties assigned by the CMD
Candidate Requirements
Ideal applicants must have:

A Second-Class Upper degree in any field

At least 7 years’ experience in high-level personal assistance

Excellent computer literacy: email, Excel, social media, iPhone savvy

Visa processing knowledge

Strong oral and written communication skills

Willingness to travel on behalf of the CMD
