Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Relationship Building
Proactively identify, pitch to, and onboard new corporate clients for customized meal plans. -
Consultative Selling
Assess office needs, present tailored meal packages, and negotiate contracts to close deals. -
Account Management
Maintain good client relations, handling requests, delivering satisfaction, and ensuring renewals. -
Sales Targets & Reporting
Hit monthly revenue goals and prepare sales reports to guide strategy. -
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work with culinary and delivery teams to guarantee quality service and smooth execution. -
Market Research & Networking
Analyze market trends, stay ahead of the competition, and promote Soul Food at events.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience: 2–4 years in B2B sales, especially in FMCG, catering, or food service

Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities
