Job Responsibilities

The Receiving Clerk Officer will support the supply chain and inventory management team by ensuring all incoming materials are received, recorded, and verified according to company standards.

• Receive and inspect incoming deliveries for accuracy and quality

• Verify shipment contents with delivery notes, invoices, and purchase orders

• Record and update data on received goods in inventory management systems

• Communicate any inconsistencies or damages to the supply chain supervisor

• Organize and label received materials properly for storage or distribution

• Maintain clean and safe receiving areas and follow warehouse policies

• Coordinate with vendors and logistics providers on shipment statuses

• Assist with stock checks and monthly inventory reconciliation reports

Job Requirements
