Plan and execute daily outlet visits and Sales Drivers Activities (distribution, visibility, promotions)

Conduct commercial surveys, analyse market demand, and identify growth opportunities

Implement brand‑aligned consumer promotions, events, and POS strategies

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, executing negotiated agreements

Manage budgets effectively and support new product launches in your area

Guarantee full debt collection and outlet coverage, meeting Key Business Indicators (KBIs)
Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) in a relevant discipline

At least 5 years of FMCG experience, minimum 3 years in a Sales Manager role, specifically within the Spirits/Alcoholic Beverage category

Proven skills in On‑Trade Activation, selling, negotiations, financial acumen, and commercial/customer marketing
