About the Role – Logistics Officer at KIA Motors Nigeria

Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
Ensure premises, assets, and communication ways are used effectively
Utilize logistics IT tools to optimize procedures
Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs
Communicate with suppliers, retailers, and customers to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders, etc.
Prepare accurate reports for upper management

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or HND in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Minimum of 2 years experience in logistics, warehouse, or inventory management
Proven knowledge of logistics procedures and supply chain management
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel)
Ability to work independently and in a team
Good organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Knowledge of the automotive sector is an added advantage
