  • Leading end-to-end account opening with full regulatory compliance

  • Sustaining a customer-centric business culture using RMB’s varied product suite

  • Engaging with compliance and product units to oversee KYC renewal cycles, managing PEP profiling, enhanced due diligence, and risk rating

  • Promoting RMB products and cross-selling through the client service desk

  • Participating in audits and regulatory reviews, updating governance documents to reflect prevailing industry norms

  • Improving account opening, signatory updates, and client mandate processes to boost efficiency and accuracy

  • Ensuring clients’ account management activities like opening, closing, and staff authorization updates are handled swiftly and accurately

Requirements for KYC Client Advisory Officer Job
